If you have a fit and healthy body, you would look great in any outfit. You look young, you look energetic, you look sharp! No need the cosmetic because your skin will glow, no need the branded clothes because your body will outshine. VICE VERSA.
I do not buy any shortcuts to physical fitness – I don’t think it will last. I can share with you what I know would work and what would not, fitness is actually a very scientific thing – there are so many things about workout and diet that we need to know. But after all, sweats and effort are expected 🙂
