I went to all the big names out there in Singapore for their free workshops, here are 4 I which I find them useful for beginners:

- Adam being the most well-known investor in Singapore, he has great insights in investment and is generous about sharing his knowledge

- Mirriam is one of the most well-known option traders in the world
- She helps you to understand how to use option as a vehicle for trading, and why all these are just about mathematics and probability

- Manoj is the CEO of Option Pundit, he has in depth knowledge on options and is a very humble man
- He shows you option trading strategies, and helps you understand how to manage risk for your portfolio

Apart from the above, I went for workshop by Value Investing College and another one on technical analysis trading that I truly did not like, hence not putting the name here. Note that I did not go for any Forex related workshops, just a reminder to all beginners out there – Forex is the most volatile vehicle compared to others. All the investment banks / fund managers are using computer software with multiple screens to trade on those, even with that they don’t necessary make $$. What makes you think that you can make a better return? 😉

Sorry for my late reply! I was travelling for past 3 weeks and wasn’t able to reply earlier. It wasn’t like I didn’t like VIC, pls pardon my poor English! I meant to say I didn’t like the latter one (the technical analysis); it’s a separate workshop different from VIC. I thought VIC strategy is a pretty smart one actually, combining option trading with value investing.
